Royal Majlis Villa

Project Overview

A formal majlis and living hall where gold-framed seating, panelled walls and a statement chandelier create a regal, welcoming setting for family and guests.

The brief called for a reception space that honours Omani hospitality while feeling unmistakably contemporary. We planned the majlis around a symmetrical seating arrangement, framed by classical wall mouldings and a fireplace feature that anchors the room. Every sofa frame was fabricated to measure in a warm gold finish and paired with tailored grey upholstery. Marble-effect flooring, a coffered ceiling with concealed LED lighting and an oversized gilded mirror extend the sense of space and light.
